Accommodation
| We have now exhausted our allocations at both properties. Please email our accommodation manager for assistance. Accommodation is reserved at the conference hotel (Millennium Hotel) and it's sister property directly across the road (Copthorne Hotel), both are a pleasant 600m walk down hill to town. We suggest you book early as Queenstown is a popular destination and accommodation is often sold out. Bookings can be made via the online registration process. Rooms will be held for delegates until Wednesday 15 February 2017 as long as there are rooms available. Thereafter subject to availability. Your credit card details are required to guarantee the booking only. Credit card details are encrypted in our database and stored in an electronic vault. Our payment service provider EventsAIR, is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant. This means your card data is protected to the highest possible levels, from data entry into our online registration sites, through to payment into the banks. Nothing will be deducted from your card prior to the conference. In case of your non arrival or late cancellation the hotel will be given access to your card details to charge the appropriate cancellation fee. Accommodation cancellations may incur a fee, this is charged at the Hotels' discretion. Full cancellation fees apply to bookings cancelled within 45 days of intended date of stay.
